Project Manager - Hospitality TI Division

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our rapidly expanding Hospitality TI division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
  • Utilize software tools such as Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and MS Suite to effectively manage projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure project objectives are met
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks and issues
  • Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
  • Ensure all projects adhere to company standards and industry regulations
  • Report on project progress and performance to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role within the construction industry, specifically with luxury hotel project experience
  • Proficiency in using software tools such as Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and MS Suite
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent budget management skills, with a proven track record of managing project financials and delivering projects within budget
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of project managers
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
