Position Summary:

The Parts Analyst plays a crucial role in fostering the growth of our parts division and ensuring the availability of components for our thermal energy solutions in the Northeast. This position is vital in upholding Blake Thermal Sales & Service's status as a premier provider of thermal energy solutions. The role reports directly to the Parts Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create parts proposals for both internal and external clients through phone and email communications.
  • Assist the Parts Manager in managing inventory to align with market demands and ensure efficient processing and billing of shipments.
  • Identify local suppliers to improve communication turnaround times and enhance profitability.
  • Act as a liaison with manufacturers and vendors regarding warranty items, product development, enhancements, and customer inquiries.
  • Provide strategic insights to the sales team to strengthen Blake Thermal's market presence.
  • Maintain regular communication with management and finance teams.
  • Deliver direct parts support to both internal and external clients.
  • Stay informed about safety and compliance regulations and policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to interpret and understand exploded view diagrams for parts research.
  • Capability to generate detailed and concise quotations based on client specifications.
  • Strategic thinking and proven skills in client engagement for parts business development.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.
  • Self-motivated with a positive outlook and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% within the Northeast Region; a valid driver's license is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in commercial and industrial parts support operations.
  • Familiarity with steam and hydronic boiler systems.
