Responsibilities as an Outdoor Product Specialist:

Delivering an exceptional brand experience by sharing in-depth product knowledge and assisting with customer inquiries.Developing a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and integrating this knowledge into customer interactions in a sincere manner.Acting as a brand ambassador for Arc'teryx both within the store and in the broader community.Enhancing your interests both inside and outside the store with the support of your colleagues.Collaborating with store leadership on initiatives to elevate the customer experience.Providing insights on merchandising and the in-store environment to help boost sales.Maintaining a cooperative and open relationship with your team and store management.Assisting with various store tasks as assigned by leadership.Handling store communications, including phone calls and emails.Utilizing the Point-of-Sale system to accurately process transactions, including warranties and returns.Receiving and unpacking inventory as needed.

Expectations:

All employees are expected to be available during peak retail periods.You will be accountable for fulfilling all responsibilities outlined in the Product Guide Role and Responsibilities document.Under the guidance of store leadership, you will complete additional projects and tasks as needed.

Availability Requirements:

You must be available for a minimum of one opening, one closing, and one weekend shift each week.Your schedule should align with the business needs, which may change periodically.Full Time – hours per week (5 days per week).Part Time – hours per week (2-4 days a week).Details: Compensation: Hourly.
