Job Summary
The ideal candidate will serve as the primary financial authority within the organization. This role encompasses a range of accounting responsibilities, with extensive financial oversight in a rapidly expanding company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review accounting records, financial statements, tax documents, and other financial reports.
  • Develop and analyze reports for business operations and budgeting.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Implement new processes to enhance financial efficiency.
  • Present analysis and findings to the management team.
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Oversee Payroll and Commission administration.
  • Ensure compliance with State Sales Tax regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • CPA designation preferred.
  • Proactive problem solver with a strong sense of ownership over financial processes.
  • Prior experience in accounting or related fields.
  • Fundamental understanding of GAAP.
  • Proficient in current accounting software and reporting tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
