About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Medicare Sales and Enrollment Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in assisting members and prospective members with selecting the Medicare product that best suits their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming inquiries from prospective members, learn about their healthcare needs, and provide guidance on Medicare products.
  • Follow up with existing members to answer questions and review current or new products and services.
  • Navigate multiple computer systems to document member information while maintaining active listening and engagement with members.
  • Assist in completion of the enrollment application over the phone, staying consistent with product requirements and enrollment guidelines.
  • Meet performance, attendance, and customer experience goals.
Benefits
  • $21 per hour (paid weekly)
  • Bonus structure discussed during training
  • All costs related to licensing and certifications are covered
  • $200 bonus for passing the licensing test on the first attempt
  • $300 bonus for completing the first week of production
  • $1000 bonus for completing the Hive program and transitioning to the client
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licenses
  • Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts, with flexibility to adjust daily schedule and work overtime and/or weekends as needed
  • Previous sales experience or customer service
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
