Job Summary

The Staff Services Analyst provides analytical support for the Department of Rehabilitation's vocational rehabilitation services. This role involves planning, arranging, and coordinating services to enable consumers to become employed, live independently, and have equality in the communities in which they live and work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical support for service delivery of Federal Title I Vocational Rehabilitation Services Program.
  • Conduct eligibility determinations for applicants and direct post-employment services for individuals who find jobs as a result of DOR services.
  • Support consumers in achieving their employment goals by providing training, assistive technology, supported employment, and job placement support.
  • Collaborate with district staff to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services.
  • Work in a hybrid format, providing direct services both remotely and in person.
Working Conditions

This position may be eligible for a hybrid telework option upon completion of the probationary period and will be required to report to the office as needed/required.
