Key Responsibilities:- Deliver personalized fitness training sessions to members, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
- Develop and implement effective exercise programs, utilizing a range of equipment and techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for members and guests.
- Market and promote our fitness programs and services, both within the club and to the wider community.
- Collaborate with other fitness professionals to create a supportive and motivating environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attending training sessions and workshops as required.
- Certification in a nationally recognized fitness organization (e.g. ACSM, ACE, NSCA, CSCS, NASM).
- High school diploma or equivalent; college studies or degree in a health/fitness field preferred.
- At least one year of experience in fitness programming, preferably in a club or gym environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Physical stamina to perform exercise demonstrations and participate in fitness activities.
- Fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
