About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Government Procurement Expert to support our federal client with their acquisition needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance to clients in all acquisition-related matters, from pre-award strategic planning to contract close-out actions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all communication on client projects.
  • Contribute to the development, review, and revision of contract documents for executive-level reviews.
  • Develop and maintain acquisition schedules using MS Project or Excel.
  • Oversee the preparation, tracking, configuration, and archival of procurement documents.
  • Perform a wide range of contracting duties and responsibilities, including acquisition planning, negotiation, award, contract termination, and performance monitoring.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience implementing or applying the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or the FAA's Acquisition Management System (AMS) policy is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions is essential.
  • Experience with various types of contracts and cost/price analysis is necessary.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively, are required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is expected.
  • Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong project management skills is essential.
  • Must meet eligibility requirements for a U.S. Public Trust security clearance.
