About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others as a Lead Nursing Professional at the Lord Chamberlain Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

You will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This position requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary:** $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a salaried position.

**Job Responsibilities:**
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
  • Conduct regular rounds to ensure resident safety and satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to resident care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services
