Position Summary:
As the Lead Engineer for Transmission Line Projects, you will:

  • Oversee a team of Engineers and Designers engaged in transmission line design initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Project Managers to ensure high-quality deliverables for our clients.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on all engineering software, tools, standards, and processes.
  • Facilitate training programs for junior Engineers and Designers.
  • Monitor and guide the career development of your team members.
  • Support the management team in strategic planning and initiatives.
