Mobility Equipment Repair Technician

Mobility City is a leading provider of mobility equipment repair services, offering a unique opportunity for a skilled technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for visiting customers' homes or institutions to repair and maintain mobility equipment, including wheelchairs, mobility scooters, hospital beds, and more.
We are looking for a highly skilled and mechanically inclined individual with a working knowledge of electronics troubleshooting. Our primary work order is battery replacement, but we provide all the necessary training, tools, and vehicle to ensure your success.
Past applicants with HVAC experience, auto mechanics, industrial maintenance, and/or commercial appliance maintenance have made a seamless transition to our mobility equipment repair field.
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Troubleshooting and repairing mobility equipment
- Performing preventive maintenance
- Delivering, setting up, and demonstrating products
- Establishing ongoing relationships with customers
- Identifying necessary parts for repairs and maintaining inventory stock
- Completing job orders and documenting work in detail
- Traveling to customers in our company vehicle
- Maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Having a current driver's license and a clean driving record
