Keyholder - Store Leadership Team

SMCP North America is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Keyholder to support the Store Leadership Team in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Leadership Team in achieving sales and operational goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming and inclusive store environment
- Assist with cash reconciliation, distribution of daily sales goals, and KPI reminders
- Ensure store safety and resolve customer issues
- Support new hires and provide operational guidance
Requirements:
- 1+ years of prior service experience
- Some prior retail supervisory experience
- Passion for customer service and a friendly, outgoing demeanor
- Fashion savvy and social media following (preferred)
- Flexibility with scheduling
- Interest in retail management career path
