About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Keyholder to join our Retail team at Rothy's. As a Keyholder, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as Manager on Duty when Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager are not present
  • Learn all operational procedures and assist with customer-related inquiries on the floor
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures for the store
  • Effectively communicate Rothy's brand story, values, and mission to customers
  • Support store leadership in communicating important updates to retail associates
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and tidy store environment
  • Supervise vendors for cleaning, in-store fixtures, or updates occurring at the store
  • Share expert brand and product knowledge to enable customers to experience our style, look, and quality of our shoes
  • Serve as a point person for all store associate questions and relay outstanding questions or issues to store leadership
Requirements
  • 2+ years of Retail, Hospitality, or customer-oriented experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, with a minimum of 16 hours per week
  • Ability to work on your feet for up to 8 hours per day in a busy store environment
