Key Responsibilities- Classroom Instruction: Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with New York State Standards and our school's curriculum, utilizing a range of instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of our students.
- Data-Driven Instruction: Regularly analyze student data to inform instruction and drive student achievement, using data to identify areas of strength and weakness and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives, share best practices, and provide support to colleagues as needed.
