Facilities Maintenance Technician II

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Tyonek Native Corporation. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing skilled maintenance, repair, and adjustment of various facilities systems and components.
Key Responsibilities- Perform preventative maintenance on building systems, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
- Repair and maintain various facilities systems, components, and structures.
- Conduct structural inspections for safety and respond to facility emergencies.
- Access and adjust computerized control systems.
- Perform electronic record keeping and track facility assets.
- Respond to customer maintenance needs and assist with tasks required to prepare facilities for inclement weather events.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 6-10 years of facility maintenance experience.
- Experience with complex life safety and fire suppression systems.
- Ability to read schematics and building drawings.
- Able to obtain a SIDA badge clearance through the airport.
- Valid driver's license.
The Facilities Maintenance Technician II will work both indoors and outdoors with exposure to various weather conditions. May be exposed to potentially hazardous conditions, noise, and temperature extremes.
