About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Dunkin' restaurants. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations, developing strategies to achieve financial and guest service goals, and coaching and strengthening our Shift Leads and Crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing and developing strategies to achieve the store's financial and guest service goals
  • Coach and strengthen Shift Leads and Crew
  • Serve as a resource for store operations, staffing, company policies and procedures, and resolving key guest issues
  • Ensure that the store is meeting operational and food safety standards
  • Deliver outstanding hospitality, guest service, and provide problem resolution
  • Ensure a safe, secure, sanitary, and like-new environment
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and development of crew members
  • Assist with training, motivating, and coaching a high-performing team
Requirements
  • Experience in the restaurant industry or related industry, quick service and drive-thru experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with and motivate team members
  • Some prior experience training and coaching a team
  • Willingness to learn and embrace change in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player with a great attitude, a desire to learn, works well with others, is honest, and has integrity
