Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Golden Corral. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of freshly baked goods, including yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and specialty desserts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare hand-made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and specialty desserts to meet production needs.
  • Operate the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance.
  • Maintain quality by preparing all products following Golden Corral recipes and standards.
  • Ensure that every product in the bakery is always fresh, tasty, visually appealing, and hot, when appropriate.
  • Provide excellent guest service by being friendly and courteous to guests and assisting them with baked goods.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Compensation: $16.00 per hour. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee.
