Responsibilities:

The EHS Generalist Lead will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs across the organization. This includes developing and maintaining EHS policies, procedures, and standards, as well as conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS procedures and protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of EHS incidents and near-misses.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement employee training programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in EHS.
  • OSHA certification and knowledge of EPA regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
