About the Job

Carthage Center is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Carthage, NY.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN to provide high-quality patient care in our rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and record patient information, including vital signs and medical history.
  • Administer medications and injections as needed.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing.
  • Monitor patient food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements
  • Valid LPN state license.
  • Good standing with the State Registry.
  • Ability to work as a team member.
