Key Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring prompt and efficient fulfillment of client needs.

3. Collaborating with the underwriting team to guarantee accurate and timely account servicing.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates should possess:

1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance, account management, and customer service.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge strong client relationships.
3. Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
4. Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. A solid understanding of commercial insurance products and regulations.
6. A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate client needs and offer solutions.
7. The capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
8. A professional insurance designation (e.g., CIC, CRM, etc.) is a plus.
