In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a dedicated team tasked with promoting our products in local neighborhoods. Your responsibilities will encompass recruiting, training, and guiding your marketing team to success. This is an exciting opportunity to build a new team from the ground up.

  • Represent Mad City with confidence and become an effective face-to-face communicator.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid Driver's License is required.
  • Experience in face-to-face marketing or lead generation is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience is essential.
  • Proven ability to build and recruit a high-performing team.
  • Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
