Job Responsibilities
As a Tire Service Technician Specialist , your primary responsibilities will include:
- Performing multi-point inspections to identify potential tire-related issues
- Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on tire care and maintenance
- Conducting tire rotations and balancing to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshooting and repairing tire-related problems in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a positive customer experience
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of tire maintenance and repair principles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
