We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Resident Physician to join our team at the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality primary medical care to individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct, patient-centered care to individuals and families in our outpatient clinics and mobile health services.
- Maintain and enhance your knowledge of relevant medical practices and procedures to ensure the highest level of care.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to address the complex health needs of our patients.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review activities to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.
- Deliver care across our various clinical sites, including outpatient clinics, mobile health services, and street outreach programs.
- Master of Science or Doctorate degree in Nursing from a program accredited by the American Nurse Association or the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
- Current registration (or ability to obtain) in the State of Colorado as an Advanced Practice Nurse.
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner from the American Nurse's Credentialing Center.
- A competitive salary range of $212,591 - $228,544 per year.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including choice of HMO or PPO health insurance coverage, dental insurance, vision insurance, and flexible spending accounts.
- A generous paid time-off policy, including 9 holidays, 12 days of sick leave, and three weeks of vacation for new full-time employees in their first year.
