This role involves crafting and generating content for Anastasia Beverly Hills' various brand platforms, which encompass eCommerce, Educational initiatives, Marketing efforts, Visual Merchandising, and Graphic Design. Key Responsibilities

  • Produce clear, detail-oriented, and on-brand copy that embodies the voice of Anastasia Beverly Hills.
  • Seamlessly integrate brand voice across all platforms (Retail, E-commerce, Education, etc.).
  • Ensure consistency in brand language across all communication channels.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure the accurate integration of copy into design and explore solutions for optimization.
  • Translate creative direction from various teams into actionable copy concepts.
  • Oversee the proofreading of retailer content to guarantee the appropriate brand voice and grammatical accuracy.
  • Manage brand voice, leading the revision of all Brand Books, Marketing Sheets, Unit Cartons, Gondolas, Inserts, and other collateral as necessary.
  • Own deadlines for critical projects and ensure timely delivery.
  • Participate in product kick-offs and review various project briefs, focusing on marketing goals and copy requirements.

Brand Marketing, Education & Events

  • Develop product and campaign taglines.
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing and Education teams to create product detail page (PDP) copy.
  • Assist in crafting copy for promotional page assets and ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain consistency in copy across the website and retail partners.
  • Generate copy for branded events, educational resources, and experiences.
  • Create comprehensive technical guides, scripts, and instructional content.
  • Proofread all copy prior to final publication (both digital and print).
  • Produce trend-focused copy that supports both core and new product launches.

E-Commerce

  • Responsible for developing high-quality, customer-centric e-commerce content, including persuasive copy for product and landing pages.
  • Create all copy for digital advertising initiatives, including website homepage content, advertisements, blogs, social media posts, and email/SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Review all copy to ensure a cohesive message across all platforms and formats.
  • Verify the accuracy of copy and product information on the website, tracking errors and updating content as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the E-Commerce team on site briefs to understand requirements and execute tasks promptly to ensure timely delivery of all site content.
  • Utilize brand voice and educational materials to conceptualize and develop content that engages and converts website visitors.

Visual Merchandising

  • Create copy for in-store displays and promotional materials.
  • Ensure consistency across global merchandising units.
  • Proofread for correct product names, grammar, shade orders, and descriptions.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional proofreading and editing capabilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in a copywriting position.
  • Experience in conducting research on various topics.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work under deadlines both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proven experience in writing for digital advertising campaigns is essential (including websites, mobile, emails, social media, blogs, marketing materials, news releases, articles, brochures, product descriptions, text ads, banner ads, etc.).
  • Strong conceptual skills with an understanding of how copy influences customer experience and digital design are highly desirable.
  • Ability to generate ideas, present them effectively, and refine them with quick turnaround times.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Strong project management skills with a demonstrated history of success.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with MAC applications is preferred.
  • Experience with Google Docs is a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent sitting (typing, working on a computer and phone throughout the day); occasional standing and walking; occasional lifting (less than 25 lbs.).

Anastasia Beverly Hills provides a competitive compensation package that includes comprehensive benefits and a 401(K) plan with company matching contributions. The starting base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location. Base pay is one component of the total compensation package designed to reward and recognize employees for their contributions. This role is also eligible for bonuses.
