Job Summary

The Reserves Network is looking for a skilled Help Desk Technician to provide top-notch technical support and customer service to our clients. Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Respond to technical inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Document all interactions and updates within our IT Services Management System.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure continuous support coverage.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows to streamline technical support processes.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our company's IT infrastructure, including network connectivity, Microsoft Office 365, and other critical systems.
