Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Executive Alliance. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe production of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes to optimize production efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and evaluate manufacturing methods to improve product design, materials, and production processes.
  • Prepare and maintain manufacturing documentation, including process flow charts and work instructions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition new products into production and ensure smooth execution.
  • Analyze and plan workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow to optimize manufacturing operations.
  • Confer with engineering and vendors to ensure Design for Manufacturing (DFM) methods are incorporated into product design.
  • Estimate production times, staffing requirements, and costs related to manufacturing processes.
  • Perform debugging and troubleshooting efforts to resolve production issues and drive root cause analysis.
Requirements:
  • BS degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering or related technical field with 2+ years' equivalent work experience; OR 5+ years relevant work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dependable, reliable, and a critical thinker with the ability to collaborate with co-workers and drive change.
  • Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of Lean-Sigma principles and methodologies, including problem-solving, waste reduction, and value stream mapping.
  • 1 year of CREO CAD experience or equivalent CAD experience such as SolidWorks, NX, or CATIA.
  • Machining experience (CNC mill, lathe).
  • Programming experience.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000
