Job Title: Senior Global Product Manager/Director, Protein Services

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Global Product Manager/Director to lead our Protein Services business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the key product line services of the Protein business, leading projects from definition through launch phase, gathering customer feedback and market intelligence, and managing product lifecycle and pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products and services, ensuring timely and successful market entry
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, unmet needs, and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with R&D and Production teams to develop new products and optimize existing services through customer feedback and market trend analysis
  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop GTM strategies for new service offerings, regional campaigns, promotions, and initiatives
  • Provide on-market support to commercial teams

Requirements:

  • Master of Science or PhD degrees in life sciences are desired
  • 3-7 years' experience in Product Management, Marketing, Project Management, or Sales related roles in the life sciences or healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and develop business cases
  • Knowledge of protein service market
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Track record of success in leading and launching key projects
  • Cross-Functional Knowledge
  • Experience working with CRO is a plus
  • Fluent capability in English and Chinese
