About the Role

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and self-starting Fleet Maintenance Advisor to join our growing team of established and successful Service professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize software and web-based applications to monitor and track equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair options with our sales force and customer base, providing professional support and recommendations to lower owning and operating costs and improve uptime and availability of equipment.
  • Develop, generate, and review accurate daily, monthly, and annual reports as required, providing valuable insights to our management team and sales force.
  • Substitute for other positions in the department as needed, and perform other functions as assigned by necessity.
Requirements
  • Ability to learn and develop expertise with Caterpillar equipment, and an understanding of the operation of Caterpillar equipment, maintenance products, and industry needs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office applications, with excellent verbal, written, technical, analytical, and administrative skills.
  • Ability to prioritize duties, work both independently and within a team, and possess strong self-starting, interpersonal, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Accountability, flexibility, and success within a team environment are essential.
