Facility Worker Job Description
At Redstone Highlands Communities, we are seeking a skilled Facility Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facility, performing routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring the proper disposal of waste and hazardous materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting and repairing
- Assist with moving furniture and equipment
- Monitor and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a safe and comfortable environment
