Position Overview: Inventory Control Clerk (Cycle Count Specialist) - 2nd Shift

This role is vital to our company's success, and we are in search of a dedicated and organized Inventory Control Clerk to join our 2nd shift team, focusing on daily cycle counts.

This is an opportunity to significantly influence our operations and help maintain optimal inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily cycle counts of specified inventory items, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Reconcile counts with system records, promptly identifying and addressing discrepancies.
  • Document all counting activities and any necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain precise and current inventory records within our system.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in inventory management or a related field (such as retail or warehouse).
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Physical Requirements:

Able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift 10-15 pounds regularly, and climb a stepladder.
