Job Title: Revenue Cycle Specialist I

At GPW and Associates, we are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our revenue operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire revenue cycle process, from invoicing to cash application, to ensure seamless revenue operations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing, collections, and reporting to meet client expectations.
  • Generate reports and provide insights to senior management to inform decision-making.
  • Analyze project data to identify opportunities for revenue recognition improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, external partners, and clients to resolve billing issues and enhance the customer experience.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth revenue operations.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to billing and payments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, billing, or related financial roles.
  • Experience with ERP systems and billing software (Sage Intaact preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact directly with clients via phone and email.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (and Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
