Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Solutions Architect with a robust background in SharePoint Online and Power Automate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and enhancement of an active SharePoint site utilized for scheduling meetings across multiple rooms simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage custom forms using PowerApps.
  • Utilize SharePoint Designer for site enhancements.
  • Create and maintain automated workflows and flows.
  • Conduct data manipulation leveraging knowledge of data structures and analytical tools.
  • Oversee project timelines, objectives, and stakeholder communications.
  • Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports for various projects.
  • Facilitate the migration of documents from on-premises to cloud environments.
  • Manage full migrations from on-site to cloud systems.
  • Handle InfoPath and forms migrations.

Qualifications and Skills:
The successful candidate will possess:
  • Extensive experience in SharePoint, particularly in configuring it as a scheduling tool.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for managing large datasets and generating reports, including expertise in VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
  • Organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of all phases of the project management lifecycle.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and organizational capabilities.
