Compensation:
$12/HR

Shift Requirements:
Must be available for midday and overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence:
Greet and assist every customer with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a delightful shopping experience.

Sales Floor Management:
Maintain an organized and appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and the store is tidy.

Upselling Skills:

Utilize your knowledge to suggest complementary products, enhancing the customer experience and supporting sales objectives.



Brand Representation:

Promote our loyalty rewards program, sharing its benefits and exclusive offers with customers to foster brand loyalty.



Cash Register Operations:
Handle transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring a smooth financial process.

Safety and Cleanliness:
Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean environment for both customers and staff.

Team Collaboration:
Work alongside colleagues to ensure seamless store operations, always ready to assist where needed.

Store Maintenance:
Take pride in keeping the store clean and inviting, including restroom upkeep and exterior tidiness.

Environmental Stewardship:

Contribute to maintaining a clean outdoor space, positively impacting the community and enhancing customer experience.

Qualifications:

Age Requirement:

Must be at least 18 years old in certain states; 21 years or older in others.



Availability:
Must be willing to work weekends and holidays, adapting to the retail schedule.

Communication Skills:
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Mathematical Skills:
Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction, are required.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Pre-Employment Requirements:
Must pass a drug screening and background check.

Personable Attitude:
Friendly and approachable, with a talent for making customers feel welcome.

Attention to Detail:
A keen eye for details that enhance the customer experience.

Experience:
