Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care following established protocols and policies.
- Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans.
- Document and assess the effectiveness and timeliness of care provided.
- Evaluate and adjust care plans to achieve desired outcomes.
- Coordinate care across various disciplines for seamless patient management.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in line with nursing protocols.
- Carry out physician and nursing orders effectively.

Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Completion of ONS Chemo/Bio course within one year if working in relevant units.
- ACLS certification required upon hire or within one year for Emergency Department roles.
- PALS certification required upon hire or within one year for relevant Emergency Department roles.
- TNCC or ENPC certification required within specified timeframes for dedicated trauma centers.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum one year of current acute care RN experience in a hospital setting.
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities or rehabilitation settings may be required based on the unit.
- Emergency Department experience is essential for roles in that area.
Personal Protective Equipment: Adhere to standard precautions and utilize personal protective equipment as necessary.
