Overview: This role involves providing expert knowledge in multimedia production across various media channels including digital platforms, television, radio, and print. The primary goal is to guide and educate personnel on industry-standard practices and production methodologies in multimedia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver specialized guidance in multimedia production tasks across diverse media channels such as digital platforms, television, radio, and print.
  • Coach personnel on industry-standard practices and production methodologies, aiming to elevate their skills and comprehension of multimedia production.
  • Facilitate training sessions to instruct personnel on multimedia techniques, equipment handling, and production workflows.
  • Collaborate in the creation of training materials to ensure alignment with current industry standards in multimedia production.
  • Guarantee the quality and uniformity of multimedia outputs produced by personnel, adhering to established benchmarks and best practices.
  • Provide constructive assessments and feedback on multimedia projects to promote growth and enhancement.
  • Effectively manage resources, including equipment, software, and personnel, to support multimedia production and training initiatives.
  • Stay updated on advancements in multimedia technology and techniques, implementing enhancements as needed to improve training efficacy and personnel skill development.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts to integrate multimedia training into broader educational and operational frameworks.
  • Maintain precise records of multimedia support services, training sessions, and personnel progress to ensure accountability and track performance over time.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Top Secret Clearance/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information required at start of work.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
  • U.S. citizenship is required unless specific provisions have been completed and approved by the Government.
  • Possess and maintain knowledge of emerging technologies in multimedia project management, including broadcast television, radio, screenwriting, print media, and electronic content production.
  • Bachelor's degree in Performing Arts/Multimedia/Communication.
  • 4 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Experience in all phases of feature-length program creation including development, pre-production, production, and post-production.
  • Proficient in operating field and studio audiovisual equipment, configuring advanced video camera systems, and using editing software to produce high-quality programs.
  • Familiarity with computer technology and technical processes involved in multimedia production.
  • Skilled in editing with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere and Media Encoder, and understanding software that supports interactive media design.
  • Experience in studio production and scriptwriting.
  • Working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Possess a current passport.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform desk work, occasional standing, walking, and bending, with the capacity to lift up to 40 pounds, dexterity for keyboard and mouse use, adequate vision and hearing, and general mobility as required for the role.
