Competitive hourly pay rate of $23-33 (includes base pay, tips, and lead bonus)

About the Role:

College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving is seeking a professional Mover Team Lead to join our team As a Mover Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of movers, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth and efficient moving experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of movers to complete moving and hauling jobs
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  3. Conduct daily truck inspections and ensure all equipment is in good working order
  4. Manage inventory and supplies, including wrapping furniture and packing the move truck
  5. Collaborate with the team to complete tasks and achieve goals
  6. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and customer service standards
Requirements:
  1. Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
  2. Endurance to lift and carry heavy items (75 lbs. or more) while climbing stairs, balancing, and walking for an extended period of time
  3. Eligible to work in the United States
  4. Reliable transportation to and from work
  5. Must enjoy hard work, world-class customer service, and helping others
  6. Must have effective leadership skills
  7. Previous experience in general labor, loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse work is helpful but not required
