We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of Crew Members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage daily restaurant operations, including food safety, quality, and customer service.
- Lead a team of Crew Members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, labor costs, and other restaurant operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
