Annual Compensation Range: $80,000 - $110,000

We seek an experienced Facilities Management Supervisor to manage our service operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and ice machines, with at least 5 years of experience and 3 years of supervisory experience. Key responsibilities include supervising service technicians, supporting the branch manager and sales department, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring all work is done within budget.

Essential Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and ice machines
  • 3+ years supervising technicians (preferred)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • EPA certified
  • Good driving record and clear background check
  • Availability for on-call duty
