Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Clinician LCSW, LPC, LMFT to join our team at LifeBridge Community Services. As a licensed therapist, you will provide evidence-based interventions to individuals, families, and groups, promoting mental health and wellness in our community.

About the Role

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing a client-centered approach.
  • Evaluate and document client progress, ensuring accurate and complete documentation in our Electronic Health Record (EHR).
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure effective care delivery and achievement of desired client outcomes.
  • Participate in professional development training and individual and group supervision.

Requirements

  • Current Connecticut state license in LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
  • Proficiency in navigating Electronic Health Records (EHR).
  • Adequate computer skills, including Office 365.
  • Valid driver's license.
