Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavior Therapists to join our team. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work one-on-one with children implementing personalized behavior intervention programs. Your role is crucial in creating positive and lasting changes for those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement specific treatment plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills.
  • Work under the supervision of a BCBA clinician to ensure the child's safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
