Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at GNC. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating sales, and promoting our products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, answering their questions and helping them choose the right products.
    • Make recommendations based on your overall product knowledge and understanding of our customers' needs.
  • Sales Generation
    • Generate sales by promoting our products to our customers and providing them with information about our products.
    • Meet or exceed personal sales and productivity goals.
  • Store Operations
    • Work with store management to open, close, and operate the store, including cash handling, inventory count, and deposits.
    • Maintain the appearance of the store and ensure that it is clean and organized.
  • Omni-Channel Orders
    • Complete omni-channel orders timely and accurately in compliance with company guidelines.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Stay up-to-date on our products, including their features, advantages, and benefits.
    • Display an awareness of all store communications, including product information, advertising, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.

    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
