Fire Protection Sales Position

This role is responsible for selling new fire protection system designs, installations, services, and inspections to commercial, residential, industrial, hospitality, and healthcare industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish relationships with potential buyers and schedule sales calls to promote new systems, system modifications, and upgrades.
  • Conduct site surveys to determine customer needs and communicate effectively to educate customers about AFPG's capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog to support the established sales plan.
  • Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support other AFPG teams in their initiatives as they relate to the territory.
  • Meet key objectives of the annual commission plan.
Requirements:
  • Three to five years' experience in the fire protection industry is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to create local and distance relationships with General Contractors.
  • Strong prospecting skills.
  • Proven ability to close deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must pass a post-offer drug test, background, and reference checks.
