Job Overview

Seminole Gaming is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Department Head, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office activities, including scheduling appointments and delegating work.
  • Provide information to callers and visitors, including Tribal Council and senior management.
  • Compose and type routine or complex correspondence and reports.
  • Maintain department filing systems and inventory supplies.
  • Perform various payroll-related functions, including reviewing reports for accuracy.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent with one year of related experience required.
  • Proficient in MS Office software systems, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals and technical procedures.

Work Environment:

The Administrative Assistant will work in a fast-paced office environment, requiring high mobility and the ability to multitask. The position requires standing, walking, and speaking for extended periods. The team member will also be required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel small objects, and reach with hands and arms overhead and from side to side.
