About the Position

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our faculty as a Clinical Professor of Anesthesiology at the University of Miami. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our department, while advancing your career in academic medicine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical care to patients undergoing elective and emergency neurosurgical and neuro-interventional procedures
  • Engage in academic activity in clinical/basic research and medical education
  • Supervise residents, fellows, CRNAs, and SRNAs
  • Participate in departmental conferences and faculty meetings
  • Teach residents, fellows, and medical students
  • Contribute to the development of educational programs and materials
Requirements
  • Completed a US-approved residency in Anesthesiology
  • Minimum of one year of Neuro-anesthesiology fellowship training or equivalent training and certification
  • Board Eligibility or Certification in Anesthesiology
  • Research experience is highly desirable
