Job Description

GTT, LLC is seeking a skilled Nursing Care Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Quality Patient Care: Utilize the nursing process to deliver high-quality patient care, including administering medications and treatments, interpreting diagnostic tests, and formulating care plans.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Providers: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care delivery and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Educate Patients: Provide education to patients and their significant others on various aspects of care, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Licensure and Experience: Possess licensure appropriate to the state and minimum one year of previous job experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Certifications and Skills: Hold current CPR certification, possess proficient oral and written skills, and be able to document patient observations accurately.
Physical Demands:
  • Lifting and Mobility: The individual may be required to lift supplies, position patients, and push equipment through the facility.
