Key Responsibilities:

  • Research Strategy & Execution:
  • Design and execute comprehensive research strategies that align with our investment objectives and goals.
  • Ensure research methodologies and processes adhere to industry best practices and standards.
  • Investment Analysis & Recommendations:
  • Analyze financial markets, economic trends, and investment opportunities to identify potential assets.
  • Develop actionable investment recommendations and strategies based on thorough research and analysis.
  • Present research findings and investment recommendations to senior management.
  • Market & Industry Insights:
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments.
  • Analyze and interpret data from various sources, including financial statements, market data, and economic indicators.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry experts, analysts, and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers, analysts, and vendors to integrate research insights into investment strategies.
  • Communicate complex research findings in a clear and concise manner to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Represent the company in industry seminars and meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA) is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in investment research.
  • Proven track record of successful investment analysis and strategy development.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a deep understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
