Job Overview

Guardian Elite Protective Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Utilize social media platforms to promote the organization and engage with the community.
  • Assist in marketing efforts by creating content and managing campaigns across various channels.
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable using QuickBooks.
  • Support the request for proposal (RFP) and bid processes by preparing documentation and ensuring compliance with requirements.
  • Process payroll using established systems and ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives, providing support as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with accounting practices, specifically accounts payable and receivable.
  • Experience using QuickBooks and payroll systems.
  • Understanding of the request for proposal (RFP) and bid processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales is a plus.
  • Familiarity with additional software tools and technologies related to office administration.
