Key Responsibilities
  • Service and repair HVAC systems and equipment on assigned projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Diagnose and repair units using a variety of hand tools and following blueprints or engineering specifications.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers.
  • Prepare for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, and gathering materials and coordinating on-site work.
  • Inspect and maintain vehicles by checking condition and cleanliness and keeping records of service, scheduling, and complete repairs and maintenance service.
  • Document work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.
  • Represent the company by serving as a direct customer contact and determining parts to order for repairs and timeliness of need.
  • Turn in all required paperwork and reports in a timely manner and keep current on all products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.
  • Provide technical support to customers and flexibility to work overtime/weekends as necessary.
