  • Build Strong Relationships with Customers

    • Stay connected with customers through regular communication and personalized interactions.
  • Maintain a High-Performing Store Environment
    • Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-organized, with a focus on creating an engaging shopping experience.
    • Participate in visual merchandising, inventory management, and other store operations as needed.
  • Communicate Effectively
    • Share feedback and insights with management to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
    • Write clear and concise daily business recaps to ensure seamless communication.

Requirements

  • Experience in Retail Sales
    • Proven track record in retail sales, preferably in women's upper contemporary, multi-label, or luxury designer environments.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Passion for Fashion and Styling
    • Deep understanding of current fashion trends and a passion for styling and outfitting.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and learn new procedures.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (20 pounds or more) from time to time as required.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly Salary and Commission
    • Competitive hourly salary, plus store commission and personal commission on sales.
