Fashion Stylist

Northern Impact is seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Stylist to join our team in a retail sales role. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

• Customer Service: Provide personalized service to clients, offering fashion advice and styling expertise to create a seamless shopping experience.
• Sales Growth: Meet or exceed personal sales targets, contributing to the overall store sales goal.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends, product knowledge, and visual merchandising standards.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Store Operations: Assist with daily store operations, including maintaining displays, receiving new merchandise, and handling point-of-sale transactions.

• Experience: 1+ year of retail sales experience, preferably in women's upper contemporary, multi-label, or luxury designer.
• Personality: Driven, motivated, and passionate about fashion and customer service.
• Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
